Responsibilities

- Facilitate classroom discussions on constitutional rights, democratic processes, and community responsibilities.
- Mentor and guide students in extracurricular activities such as debate clubs, community service projects, and national day celebrations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to design interdisciplinary programs that connect civics with history, language, and social studies.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Uphold school policies, including punctuality, dress code, and the no‑smoking rule, serving as a role model for students.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of current civic issues, legislative changes, and pedagogical best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Social Sciences, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Age limit: maximum 35 years at the time of hiring.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; gender diversity is valued.
- Must be a practicing Muslim with the ability to read the Al‑Qur’an fluently and correctly.
- Demonstrated loyalty, integrity, and willingness to adhere to the school’s established work system.
- Strong passion for working with children and adolescents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an active, engaging classroom presence.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a non‑smoking lifestyle are mandatory.
- Preferred experience: prior teaching or tutoring experience in PKN or related subjects, though fresh graduates with strong academic records are also considered.
- Additional skill: ability to develop innovative teaching strategies and adapt lessons to diverse learning styles.
