Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end collections processes for overdue loan accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within established deadlines.

  • Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits, employing professional negotiation techniques to secure payment commitments.
  • Prepare and submit detailed collection reports to the branch manager, highlighting recovery rates, challenges, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information, assess repayment capacity, and suggest restructuring options when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, documenting all communication, promises to pay, and follow‑up actions.
  • Support the development of collection strategies by providing feedback on common reasons for delinquency and suggesting preventive measures.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards related to debt recovery and customer data protection.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation, financial products, and legal aspects of collections to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services is preferred, though strong analytical ability can compensate for limited experience.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of application.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the current posting.
  • Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward meeting collection targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Proficiency in using credit monitoring tools, basic spreadsheet functions, and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work at the Adira Finance branch that corresponds to the candidate’s domicile, with a standard work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.

Benefits
