Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in the Cikarang region. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of credit and leasing products to existing customers and prospect new clients across the Cikarang area.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with channel distribution partners, including dealerships and independent sales agents.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify information, and assemble complete documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the status of each credit application, track milestones, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and end‑customers.
  • Provide clear information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements, helping customers understand their obligations and avoid defaults.
  • Conduct regular follow‑up calls and visits to maintain customer satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting, legal, and operations teams to resolve any issues that arise during the credit approval process.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and propose strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and market‑trend workshops to stay updated on industry developments and competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within financial services, automotive financing, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
  • High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C driving license.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, managing time effectively across a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:00).
