Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Financial Advisor (Penasihat Keuangan) to join our dynamic team serving customers in the vibrant cities of Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, and Pontianak. As a key liaison between AXA Mandiri’s insurance solutions and Bank Mandiri’s extensive branch network, you will empower clients to achieve their financial goals through tailored insurance planning and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for individual and corporate clients.
- Develop customized insurance portfolios that align with each client’s risk profile, life stage, and financial objectives.
- Promote and cross‑sell AXA Mandiri insurance products, including life, health, and property coverage.
- Assist clients throughout the claim lifecycle, from initial filing to resolution, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with branch managers and other financial advisors to achieve collective sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with market trends and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at community events and financial seminars to build brand awareness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (Diploma) or D4 (Associate) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is highly preferred.
- Age limit: up to 38 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 1 – 2 years of proven experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the brand’s high standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
