Introduction
The Hub Kontrol Inventaris Kabupaten Bekasi position is a critical entry‑level role within our fast‑growing logistics network serving the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The successful candidate will join a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of our inbound and outbound inventory processes. Working in a dynamic warehouse environment, you will help maintain product integrity, support timely order fulfillment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that keep our supply chain competitive.
Responsibilities
- Verify that the details on the delivery note (surat jalan) match the physical items received, ensuring no discrepancies before goods are entered into inventory.
- Perform regular temperature checks on freezers and chillers, recording results in the designated log to guarantee compliance with cold‑chain standards.
- Cross‑check sales orders (SO) against physical stock during inbound processing, flagging any mismatches for further investigation.
- Document incidents of over‑receipts, under‑receipts, or bad stock, providing clear photographic or written evidence for audit trails.
- Enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and clearly mark any items that cannot be accepted.
- Organize inventory using FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) methodologies to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Measure and record freezer/chiller temperatures twice per shift, completing the required forms and notifying supervisors of any deviations.
- Assist in the disposal process for bad stock, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Support shift handovers by providing concise reports on inventory status, temperature trends, and any outstanding issues.
- Participate in periodic internal audits and suggest process enhancements that improve accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a related logistics role.
- Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek area and operate on a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with supervisors, drivers, and cross‑functional teams.
- High attention to detail, ability to follow instructions meticulously, and a proactive mindset for problem‑solving.
- Physical agility and stamina to handle manual tasks, such as lifting, moving pallets, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
