We are seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales team as Account Executives – Wi‑Fi Fiber. This role is pivotal in bringing high‑speed fiber‑optic internet and managed Wi‑Fi solutions to residential complexes, small‑to‑medium businesses, and corporate offices. Responsibilities

  • Sales Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers in targeted neighborhoods, business districts, and office parks. Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing, cold calls, and digital outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Product Presentation: Deliver compelling demonstrations of MyRepublic’s fiber‑optic broadband packages and Wi‑Fi solutions, highlighting speed, reliability, and value‑added services such as cloud backup and smart home integration.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas, including opportunities for cross‑selling premium plans, device rentals, and enterprise‑grade service bundles.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate long‑term relationships with clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve service issues to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily and weekly activity reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical support, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and billing processes for new customers.
  • Market Insight: Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and local market dynamics to position MyRepublic as the preferred broadband provider.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive sales mindset and a proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile CRM applications and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend events or promotional campaigns.
