Introduction
PT. SPX Express is seeking a dynamic Hub Lead to oversee operations at our strategic hub in Kab. Luwu Utara, Sulawesi Selatan. This pivotal role ensures the seamless flow of goods from pick‑up to final delivery, guaranteeing that our customers receive their shipments on time and in perfect condition. The position is based in Malangke, Kabupaten Luwu Utara, and offers a full‑time schedule of Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end shipment timelines, ensuring every parcel moves from collection to customer delivery without delay.
- Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse teams, Line Haul drivers, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align resources and solve bottlenecks.
- Implement risk‑mitigation procedures that reduce the incidence of lost or damaged packages, maintaining high service quality.
- Track all hub transactions, generating real‑time performance dashboards for senior management.
- Supervise inbound and outbound flows, optimizing dock utilization and loading sequences.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
- Analyze logistics data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions to identify trends, forecast demand, and propose process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health‑safety standards.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects that improve last‑mile and first‑mile delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience with both last‑mile and first‑mile delivery operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret logistics metrics and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, mentorship, and performance excellence.
- Willingness to reside in, or relocate to, Malangke, Kabupaten Luwu Utara, Sulawesi Selatan.
