Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any food‑ and beverage‑related questions.
- Accurately take orders using handheld POS systems and promptly communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables throughout the meal, anticipate guest needs, and provide additional items such as sauces, condiments, or refills.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to resolve any service issues quickly and effectively.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular checks of personal grooming and uniform compliance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, upselling techniques, and overall service quality.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Age between 17 and 23 years.
- Minimum education: completed SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical fitness and good mental health to handle long periods of standing and fast‑paced service.
- Basic proficiency in food and beverage service skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
