- Perform detailed surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting standards, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Track repayment schedules, execute collection activities, and maintain accurate records of payments and client communications.
- Collaborate with regional supervisors to relay market insights, emerging client needs, and potential operational challenges.
- Maintain a professional presence in the community, representing Amartha’s brand values of integrity, transparency, and social impact.
- Utilize personal transportation to reach remote villages, ensuring timely visits and follow‑ups with all assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable for experienced candidates).

- Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for daily fieldwork.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
