Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, scanning items, applying promotions, and processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that all necessary supplies (receipts, bags, change) are stocked at all times.
- Conduct end‑of‑day cash reconciliations, preparing accurate reports for the store manager and accounting department.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges, providing clear explanations of store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels at the register, reporting low‑stock items to the inventory team for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with sales associates and floor staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and promotional events.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of cash and safeguarding customer data.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new POS features, product lines, and customer service best practices.
- Support shift handovers by communicating any issues, discrepancies, or special circumstances to the incoming cashier.
Requirements
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani (physically and mentally healthy).
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat.
- Jujur, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab (honest, detail‑oriented, and responsible).
- Fokus dan siap bekerja keras (focused and ready to work hard).
- Memiliki HP Android untuk penggunaan aplikasi internal dan komunikasi.
- Tidak sedang berkuliah (must not be enrolled in a university program).
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi untuk reliable commuting to and from the store.
- Jam kerja shift (flexible shift schedule, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Tidak untuk karyawan part‑time (full‑time position only).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries politely.
- Basic numeracy and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods while maintaining accuracy.
