Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso‑based beverages, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty drinks to exacting quality standards.
- Maintain consistent taste profiles by calibrating grinders, monitoring brew ratios, and adjusting extraction times.
- Provide friendly, attentive service, answering menu questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring every guest feels valued.
- Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and accurately process orders during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, including regular equipment cleaning and adherence to health‑safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; perform stock counts and communicate replenishment needs to the manager.
- Assist in the training of new barista teammates, sharing best practices for drink preparation and customer interaction.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menu items, promotional events, and coffee‑pairing suggestions to keep the offering fresh and exciting.
- Uphold the shop’s brand standards, ensuring that the ambiance, music, and visual presentation align with the premium experience we promise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age; we value experience over years.

- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the coffee industry, preferably in a specialty or premium coffee environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in barista techniques, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work part‑time with flexibility to cover shifts from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Strong teamwork orientation, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory counts.
