Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products to prospective customers through face‑to‑face meetings and outbound phone calls.
- Identify, develop, and manage distribution channels, including dealerships, brokers, and online platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and needs assessments to match customers with appropriate financing solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with the company’s growth objectives.
- Prepare and present quotations, contracts, and financing proposals while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales pipelines using the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with credit, legal, and operations teams to streamline application processing and delivery.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Generate regular performance reports and market feedback for senior management.
- Participate in training sessions, product workshops, and community events to stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Age: maximum 30 years old (candidates up to 29 are preferred).
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role (new graduates are welcomed, but experience adds advantage).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in customer service and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Placement: Adira Finance office located in the candidate’s domicile area.
