Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Karyawan Penjaga Tanggul dan Pemeliharaan (Dam Guard & Maintenance Worker) to join our operational team. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety, functionality, and longevity of our water‑retaining structures, while also providing courteous service to visitors and customers who interact with the site. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with standard working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the structural integrity of dams, spillways, and related facilities on a daily basis.
- Perform routine inspections, record observations, and report any signs of wear, erosion, or potential failure to senior engineers.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning debris, lubricating gates, and tightening loose fittings.
- Assist in minor repair work, including patching cracks, painting surfaces, and replacing worn components under supervision.
- Maintain accurate logs of inspection results, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, tourists, and local residents who visit the site, answering questions about safety procedures and facility usage.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, security personnel, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated operations.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, including application letters, copies of the latest diploma, and any additional certificates, as part of the hiring process.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
- Participate in emergency response drills and be ready to act swiftly in case of flood warnings or structural emergencies.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki) as per project-specific safety guidelines.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age; no maximum age limit.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to serve customers courteously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of store or facility management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is advantageous.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Willingness to submit a formal application letter and a copy of the most recent diploma.
