Introduction
The Relationship Officer position is based in Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah, and serves as a pivotal link between our organization and both existing and prospective customers. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s portfolio of financial products, managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle, and ensuring a seamless credit application experience for dealers and consumers. Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell the company’s financial products to existing clients and new prospects across various distribution channels.
- Generate and qualify sales orders by conducting thorough initial data collection and verification of customer information.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, coordinating with internal underwriting teams to expedite approvals.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations of terms and conditions.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and work collaboratively with product specialists to introduce complementary services.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for product improvement.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of an associate degree (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or property financing sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong sales management capabilities, ability to handle credit application processes, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, high customer‑orientation, strong analytical thinking, and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Personal Traits: Proactive, detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and able to build long‑term relationships with clients and dealers.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday through Saturday (08:00 – 16:00), with a willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend distribution events.
