We are seeking a reliable and energetic Courier for Laptop Delivery to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team in Tangerang. As a key member of the logistics network for our laptop retail store, you will ensure that high‑value electronic products reach customers safely, on time, and with a professional smile. Responsibilities
- Pick up newly stocked laptops from the warehouse or partner fulfillment centers and verify product condition against shipping documents.
- Deliver laptops to residential and business addresses across the Tangerang metropolitan area, adhering to the scheduled route and delivery windows.
- Handle devices with care, using protective packaging and proper lifting techniques to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of each delivery, including electronic signatures, time stamps, and any incident reports.
- Communicate proactively with customers to confirm delivery times, answer basic product questions, and resolve minor issues on‑site.
- Report daily mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition to the logistics supervisor.
- Ensure the courier vehicle is registered, taxed, and insured, and keep the vehicle clean and road‑worthy.
- Assist in periodic inventory checks, returning undelivered or returned items to the warehouse.
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and adopt best practices for road safety and data privacy.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, maximum age 28 years.
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven courier or delivery experience, preferably handling electronic devices.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM C) with an active vehicle tax and insurance.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel motorbike or small vehicle suitable for city navigation.
- Own a functional smartphone with internet access for GPS navigation and delivery app usage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly to customers.
- Strong time‑management, adaptability, and the ability to work independently under tight schedules.
- High level of honesty and integrity, given the high‑value nature of the goods being transported.
