Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staff Finance Operasional Perusahaan to join our growing finance team. This position plays a pivotal role in managing daily cash flows, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that the company’s financial operations align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined professional who can work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile daily cash inflows and outflows to maintain accurate liquidity records.
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including cash flow statements, profit‑and‑loss summaries, and tax filings.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams and recommend cost‑saving measures that improve overall profitability.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to optimize tax strategies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, providing necessary documentation and explanations for variances.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
- Maintain organized financial records and archives in accordance with company policy and audit requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on financial procedures and best practices.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects that require financial insight, such as new product launches or operational improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the hiring policy.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and discipline in handling confidential financial information.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of cash flow management, AP/AR processes, and basic tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
