Introduction
PT. Sinar Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking motivated individuals to join our production floor as an Operator Platting in the manufacturing sector. This role is essential to ensure that finished components are properly plated, inspected, and prepared for shipment. Candidates will work in a fast‑paced environment located in Batu and surrounding areas, contributing to the company’s reputation for high‑quality products and reliable service.
Responsibilities
- Operate plating equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures and maintaining optimal chemical balances.
- Load and unload workpieces, ensuring correct placement and orientation for uniform coating.
- Perform visual inspections of plated items, identifying defects such as uneven coverage, discoloration, or surface imperfections.
- Document production data, including batch numbers, run times, and quality checks, using company ERP systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles to minimize waste and hazards.
- Assist in routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning tanks, checking filtration systems, and reporting any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of plated components.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and participate in regular safety drills.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives during weekly team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residency: Must reside in Batu or neighboring districts.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of working well in a team.
- Discipline and punctuality, with a willingness to adhere to shift schedules.
- High motivation and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
