Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Pengembangan Farmasi Mobile to join our fast‑growing pharmaceutical FMCG team. This role is pivotal in expanding our mobile pharmacy footprint, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end‑customers across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented professional who thrives in a target‑driven environment, possesses solid sales experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors, and is equipped with the mobility and digital tools required for on‑the‑ground execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales channels for mobile pharmacy products, focusing on both urban and rural markets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, clinics, and retail outlets to present product portfolios, negotiate terms, and secure placements.
  • Create and execute territory plans that align with corporate sales targets, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor promotional activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to junior sales staff and distributor partners on product knowledge, selling techniques, and digital tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights using a smartphone equipped with at least 4 GB RAM.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management review.
  • Participate in trade shows, health fairs, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and educate the public.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with finance for invoicing and credit management.
  • Adhere to all safety, ethical, and compliance guidelines, including proper handling of pharmaceutical products.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: 30 years old (maximum 40 years for senior roles).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sales, preferably with exposure to mobile or field‑based distribution.
  • Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field travel.
  • Ownership of an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for CRM and reporting apps.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships.
  • Self‑motivated, honest, and responsible with a clear willingness to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
