Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Eksekutif Penjualan Pengadaan to join our growing team in Sleman, Yogyakarta. This role focuses on driving sales of educational books and related resources through both tender and non‑tender procurement processes within government agencies, private institutions, libraries, and schools. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence across the education and public sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping to identify procurement opportunities for books and learning materials across governmental, private, and educational institutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product presentation to contract negotiation and order fulfillment.
- Develop and nurture long‑term strategic relationships with key decision‑makers, stakeholders, and procurement partners.
- Prepare competitive bid proposals and ensure strict compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee timely delivery and superior service quality.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and performance metrics using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on procurement best practices and emerging educational trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – candidates with a background in business, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably handling B2B or B2G procurement projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement workflows and familiarity with electronic procurement platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Target‑driven mindset with sharp market analysis capabilities to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Broad network or deep knowledge of the procurement ecosystem within educational or governmental institutions is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross‑functional team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel within the Yogyakarta region for client meetings and site visits.
