Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar for the official TikTok account, ensuring daily uploads that align with brand voice and seasonal campaigns.
- Produce, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, leveraging trends, challenges, and hashtags to maximize organic reach.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and community inquiries in a timely, personable manner to foster engagement.
- Plan, host, and moderate live streaming sessions according to the schedule, showcasing product features, answering real‑time questions, and driving instant sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set weekly and monthly unit‑sale targets, tracking performance against KPIs and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Analyze TikTok analytics (views, watch time, follower growth, conversion rates) and generate weekly reports that inform content strategy and budget allocation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and product managers to ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for cross‑platform campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and assist in integrated marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera presence, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and authenticity during all live and recorded content.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s target audience).
- No prior experience required; however, internships or personal projects involving TikTok or other social platforms are advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly on camera.
- Comfortable and confident appearing in front of the camera, including live broadcasting.
- Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn new tools and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting with followers and handling inquiries professionally.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflect the brand’s image.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret digital metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with mobile video editing apps and familiarity with TikTok’s creator tools.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 16:30, with occasional flexibility for special events or product launches.
