Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position is open to candidates who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) and are eager to develop professional communication skills in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The role offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, providing ample opportunity to interact with a diverse client base and contribute directly to our brand’s reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries, ensuring each customer receives accurate information and a courteous experience.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, maintaining up‑to‑date records that assist in trend analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve common product or service issues, escalating complex cases to senior support staff while following established escalation protocols.
  • Provide proactive follow‑up on unresolved tickets, keeping customers informed of progress and expected resolution times.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to coordinate solutions that meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Contribute ideas for improving scripts, FAQs, and self‑service resources, leveraging creativity and initiative to reduce repeat inquiries.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as average handling time, first‑contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores, striving to exceed targets.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current on product updates, policy changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
