This full‑time position is based at our modern, sterilized Center where you will live on‑site during the work week, ensuring continuity of care and a reliable presence for both children and parents.
Responsibilities
The caregiver will perform a wide range of duties that combine child supervision, household management, and developmental support. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment by tidying all rooms, play areas, and child‑care equipment each day.
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children and infants, and feeding them according to dietary guidelines.
- Bottle‑feeding infants using provided formula or breast milk, ensuring proper hygiene.
- Changing diapers promptly, assisting with infant bathing, and promoting good hygiene habits.
- Helping older children with personal care, including washing, brushing teeth, and dressing.
- Creating and supervising consistent nap schedules that support healthy sleep patterns.
- Ensuring the safety of children during indoor activities and supervised outdoor play, conducting regular safety checks.
- Documenting daily activities, meals, nap times, and any notable observations in a clear report for parents and management.
- Communicating openly with parents about each child’s development, milestones, and any concerns.
- Engaging children in age‑appropriate educational and creative play that fosters motor, cognitive, and social skills.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications and demonstrate the right attitude for a caring, professional environment.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be physically capable of handling active children.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in early‑childhood care is essential.
- Criminal background: Clean record, verified by a valid SKCK.
- Health: Pass a comprehensive medical check‑up (MCU) and maintain good physical health.
- Residency: Able to stay on‑site at the Center from Monday to Friday.
- Non‑smoker: Active smokers, vaping, or any tobacco use is prohibited on the premises.
- Professional conduct: Must never have used violence or harsh language, especially toward children.
- Soft skills: Patience, empathy, strong communication with children, parents, and team members, attention to detail, and a cheerful, positive demeanor.
- Willingness to handle all aspects of infant and toddler care, including diaper changes, bathing, feeding, and play facilitation.
