We are seeking a motivated Anggota Tim Dapur to join our vibrant kitchen team in the bustling city of Palopo. The role is scheduled from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 16:00, providing consistent hours for those who thrive in a structured yet lively culinary setting. Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas in strict accordance with food safety regulations and company hygiene protocols.
  • Wash, peel, slice, and pre‑process vegetables, meats, and other ingredients, ensuring proper handling to prevent cross‑contamination.
  • Organize, label, and store raw materials and prepared items in designated refrigeration or dry storage zones, following FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) inventory practices.
  • Assist the kitchen manager in monitoring stock levels, reporting low inventory, and helping to receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to sanitation, equipment usage, and emergency response.
  • Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.
  • Participate in daily briefings, contributing ideas for workflow improvements and sharing feedback on kitchen processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized prep area, disposing of waste responsibly and following recycling guidelines.
  • Support special events or high‑volume service periods by scaling up preparation tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a commercial kitchen or food‑service environment.

  • Basic cooking skills and familiarity with common kitchen tools and equipment.
