Introduction
We are seeking an energetic Canvassing Sales Representative to join our growing team in the vibrant perfume industry. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with the flexibility to plan visits and manage your own territory. Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic canvassing and on‑site visits to retail stores, UMKM, and potential customers within the assigned region.
- Present product features, benefits, and usage instructions, providing free samples to stimulate trial and purchase.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable perfume lines, tailoring suggestions to seasonal trends and consumer preferences.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with store owners and buyers, fostering repeat orders and long‑term loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional deals, closing sales efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, documenting performance and submitting detailed reports to the sales manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, feeding insights back to the product development and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sample distribution, and order status using the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure all promotional materials and product displays are presented according to brand guidelines.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new fragrance launches and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or related personal care sector.
- Ownership of a motorbike and a valid SIM C license for reliable field mobility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in sales administration, data analysis, and CRM tools.
