Introduction

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team in Kelambir. This role is pivotal in driving credit‑related product awareness, generating high‑quality leads, and supporting our client’s growth objectives through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for credit products, aligning with the client’s business goals and market trends.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective borrowers through outbound calls, email campaigns, and face‑to‑face visits.
  • Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless hand‑off of leads and to track conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and consumer financing needs.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, including key metrics such as lead volume, approval ratios, and revenue impact.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead and client information.
  • Organize and attend promotional events, seminars, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth application experience.
  • Utilize negotiation and persuasive communication skills to close deals while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and manage a personal fleet of marketing materials, ensuring all collateral reflects the latest product features and pricing.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or account management, preferably within the financial or credit industry.
  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C driver’s license for client visits and field activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and influencing decision‑makers.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime as business demands.
