Introduction

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is a fast‑growing food‑and‑beverage company founded in 2024 in Malang, Indonesia. The firm launched Dikichi, a new fried‑chicken brand that promises premium taste at an affordable price for every consumer. As part of our ambitious goal to become Indonesia’s #1 fried‑chicken brand and to eventually take the flavor to the global stage, we are expanding our outlet network across the country. We are now looking for enthusiastic Crew Toko members to join our team in Semarang (Ngaliyan). This is a front‑line role that blends customer service, food preparation, and teamwork in a dynamic, shift‑based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master every station within the outlet, demonstrating flexibility to roll between cooking, assembly, and service areas.
  • Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude, taking orders accurately and answering menu‑related questions.
  • Prepare and present Dikichi fried chicken and accompanying side dishes according to strict quality and portion standards.
  • Maintain a spotless work area, regularly cleaning equipment, utensils, and dining spaces to meet health‑safety regulations.
  • Follow all restaurant SOPs, including cash handling, inventory checks, and daily closing procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and shift leaders to ensure smooth outlet operations during peak hours.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions, both on‑site and at external locations, to continuously improve service and product knowledge.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages promptly to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Strong communication and basic management skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to be placed in Semarang (Ngaliyan) and to travel for training when required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in basic cash‑handling, food‑service, and beverage‑service operations.
  • Positive attitude, high sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
