Responsibilities

- Log and track bugs using a ticketing system, providing concise reproduction steps and severity assessments.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and verify fixes.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to stay aligned with the development cadence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes by suggesting enhancements to test documentation and workflows.
- Gain exposure to test management tools such as Jira and TestRail, and optionally explore basic automation scripts.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all test artifacts meet the company’s quality standards.
- Provide regular status updates on testing progress and any blockers encountered during the internship period.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (S1) and in the final year of study, majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fundamental understanding of software testing concepts, including manual testing techniques, test case design, and the overall QA process.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear, detailed test documentation and bug reports.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and spot inconsistencies in application behavior.
- Detail‑oriented, meticulous, and capable of maintaining consistent quality across repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, demonstrating good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to commit to a full‑time internship schedule (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00) located in Jakarta.
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or basic automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus, but not mandatory.
