Introduction
BRI Finance is seeking a dynamic Officer Penjualan to join its sales team in Semarang. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of motor vehicle financing and refinancing solutions while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This full‑time position operates Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and offers the opportunity to work within a reputable financial institution that values professionalism, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive marketing activities for motor vehicle financing and refinancing products, targeting both new and existing customers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with dealers, brokers, and other stakeholders to expand the sales pipeline.
- Guide applicants through the credit application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Perform credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility based on BRI Finance’s risk criteria.
- Monitor loan performance and take corrective actions to preserve portfolio quality.
- Collaborate with the underwriting, legal, and collections teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan lifecycle.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and recommendations for product enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions and industry events to stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
- Uphold BRI Finance’s brand standards by presenting a professional appearance and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any discipline.
- Age: maximum 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
- Willingness to be placed at the BRI Finance unit that aligns with the candidate’s domicile and business needs.
- Acceptable credit history: outstanding balances below IDR 10 million, subject to OJK verification.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
