Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to enhance sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure merchandise displays are stocked and visually appealing.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation, prepare deposits, and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
- Assist with inventory control by scanning items, reporting low stock, and participating in periodic stock‑taking.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism, striving for quick resolution.
- Support promotional activities, such as upselling, cross‑selling, and loyalty program enrollment.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security standards, including proper cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet store sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, POS system upgrades, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail cash handling, sales, or customer service (experience in the same field is a plus).
- Open to candidates of any gender; however, the current opening prioritizes single females up to 25 years old.
- Must be a resident of Bandar Lampung or willing to relocate.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, discipline, quick‑thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak shopping hours.
- Willingness to sign a contract and commit to the agreed schedule.
- Adaptability and a fast learning curve to master point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and store procedures.
