Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Promotion Representative (SPG/SPB) to join our growing team in Surabaya. As a key front‑line ambassador for our propane products, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering product education, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for propane products within designated retail locations.
- Provide thorough product education and personalized consultations to customers, highlighting safety, efficiency, and cost‑benefit advantages.
- Ensure all product displays, promotional materials, and tinting machines are consistently clean, well‑maintained, and visually appealing.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with store managers, staff, and end‑customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with logistics to guarantee optimal stock levels.
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform future sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Travel to multiple retail outlets across Surabaya as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to be mobile.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and activity logs in a timely manner.
- Assist in the set‑up of in‑store promotional events and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all majors accepted.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG/SPB, preferably in the paint, building‑materials, or propane sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- High level of honesty, loyalty, and a strong work ethic; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail‑oriented, able to maintain orderly product displays and keep work areas tidy.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic data collection, reporting, and the use of mobile sales tools.
- Resident of Surabaya or willing to relocate to the city.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
