Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door and street‑level canvassing activities to identify potential customers interested in high‑speed Wi‑Fi solutions.
- Present product features, pricing plans, and promotional offers clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated sales team to coordinate daily routes, share leads, and ensure coverage of target neighborhoods.
- Gather and verify customer information, complete application forms, and submit accurate data into the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and community events.
- Negotiate contract terms, address objections, and close sales while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
- Provide basic technical explanations of our Wi‑Fi service, helping prospects understand installation requirements and performance expectations.
- Report daily activity, sales metrics, and market feedback to the Sales Manager to help refine strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new service packages, pricing changes, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation during all field interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates (0+ years) are welcome; prior sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and optionally local dialects) to engage effectively with a diverse community.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, share insights, and support fellow sales members.
- Basic digital literacy – comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and simple CRM tools.
- High level of personal motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, with a typical shift from 08:00 to 17:00.
