In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, ensuring that customers receive their parcels promptly, safely, and with a professional attitude. Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the warehouse or designated sender locations and deliver them to the correct destination using a motorbike.
- Verify that each package is intact, properly sealed, and matches the delivery manifest before departure.
- Utilize GPS navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, or proprietary routing apps) to plan the most efficient routes while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Interact courteously with customers upon delivery, obtain signatures or digital confirmations, and provide any required documentation.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as traffic congestion, road closures, or recipient unavailability—to the dispatch team in real time.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times using the company’s mobile application.
- Perform basic vehicle checks before and after each shift, ensuring the motorbike is road‑worthy and complies with safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading parcels, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on customer service, safety protocols, and the use of new technology tools.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone capable of running the company’s delivery application (minimum OS version as stipulated).
- Clean appearance – no visible tattoos or piercings that conflict with professional standards.
- Good knowledge of East Jakarta neighborhoods, major thoroughfares, and shortcuts.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude toward customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing delivery priorities.
- Physical fitness to lift packages up to 20 kg and navigate stairs or narrow pathways when necessary.
