Responsibilities

- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and wound care in strict accordance with hospital protocols and national regulations.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless multidisciplinary care.
- Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and post‑discharge self‑care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including charting vital signs, observations, and interventions.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, perform basic life support, and activate rapid response teams when needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, infection control programs, and regular audits to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, infection‑prevention guidelines, and the latest nursing best practices.
- Mentor junior staff and nursing students, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and contribute to shift handover reports.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing (Profesi Ners).
- Male candidates are preferred, though all qualified applicants will be considered.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in inpatient nursing; fresh graduates with strong clinical internships are welcome.
- Current and valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) certification.
- Up‑to‑date health clearance certificate confirming physical fitness for clinical duties.
- Demonstrated resilience, discipline, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with hospital information systems and basic computer literacy.
- Strong ethical standards, empathy, and a patient‑centered approach to care.
