Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest barbering techniques, trends, and tools, continuously improving skill set through workshops and on‑the‑job learning.
- Manage appointment scheduling, handle client check‑ins, and ensure punctuality for each booking.
- Promote additional services such as scalp treatments, hair‑care product sales, and grooming packages to increase salon revenue.
- Collaborate with fellow barbers and front‑desk staff to deliver a seamless, welcoming experience for every visitor.
- Maintain inventory of tools, towels, and grooming products, notifying management of restocking needs.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of professionalism, courtesy, and personal presentation at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older.
