Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing cutlery, and resetting after each service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, address any concerns, and coordinate with management to resolve issues.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Stay informed about daily specials, menu changes, and promotional offers to upsell effectively.
- Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, kitchen personnel, and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service techniques, product knowledge, and language proficiency.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the brand’s high‑service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages; the role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service (1+ year) or a strong willingness to learn on the job.
- Familiarity with beverage preparation and presentation, including coffee, soft drinks, and basic cocktail knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional extended shifts during special events.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork orientation, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Basic math skills for order taking and cash handling.
