Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Petugas Penagihan Lapangan to join our dynamic banking team. As a field collection officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by engaging directly with borrowers, ensuring timely repayments, and fostering strong customer relationships. This position offers a solid foundation for fresh graduates and experienced professionals alike, providing exposure to the fast‑paced world of retail banking and financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on‑site visits to individual and corporate borrowers to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Verify borrower information, assess repayment capacity, and update account records in the bank’s CRM system.
  • Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and success metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate with branch staff, loan officers, and legal teams to resolve disputed accounts and initiate appropriate actions.
  • Educate borrowers on loan terms, interest calculations, and the importance of maintaining good credit standing.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the bank’s code of conduct while representing the institution in the community.
  • Utilize a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently across assigned territories, ensuring coverage of all assigned accounts.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, collection best practices, and customer service techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • Active SIM C license and personal motorbike for field mobility.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience in collections, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software or CRM tools.
