Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily social‑media strategies to attract new customers, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, in‑person visits, and chat applications, providing accurate product information and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, ensuring that all communications are recorded in the company’s CRM system for future reference and follow‑up.
- Identify sales opportunities during each interaction and work diligently to close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly conversion targets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align promotional campaigns with customer feedback and market trends.
- Handle after‑sales support, including order tracking, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the logistics department.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, service standards, and industry best practices.
- Contribute ideas for improving the customer journey, from first contact through post‑purchase follow‑up.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
- Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; clear articulation and a pleasant tone are essential.
- Strong interpersonal abilities – able to build rapport quickly and handle difficult conversations with empathy.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with social‑media tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
