To support our expanding portfolio of partners and borrowers, we are looking for a dedicated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan (Field Data Collection Officer). The successful candidate will serve as the critical link between our underwriting team, partner merchants, and end‑customers, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely loan repayment. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough feasibility analyses of prospective partner merchants, evaluating creditworthiness, market potential, and operational capacity.
- Verify partner‑submitted data by cross‑checking documents, conducting on‑site inspections, and confirming the authenticity of business registrations.
- Perform environmental and neighborhood checks to assess risk factors such as local competition, accessibility, and security considerations.
- Visit borrower residences to confirm personal information, assess living conditions, and gather additional documentation required for loan approval.
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, including phone calls, home visits, and negotiation of repayment plans.
- Assist partners with cash collection, guiding them through proper receipt issuance, transaction recording, and reconciliation with our central system.
- Maintain accurate field reports, update the CRM platform daily, and flag any anomalies or fraud indicators to the compliance team.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and risk teams to provide feedback from the field that can improve scoring models and policy guidelines.
- Represent the company professionally during community events, fostering trust and building a positive brand image in the regions you serve.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 20‑40 years, with a maximum age limit of 40 at the time of hiring.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in field collection, debt recovery, or related financial services.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for daily travel.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess partner feasibility and borrower credit risk.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on empathetic yet firm collection techniques.
- Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
- Clear background check (BI Checking) with no adverse findings.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle a varied workload across multiple sites.
