Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer – Pengawas Keamanan dan Akses to join our team and help safeguard our facilities, staff, and visitors. The role is pivotal in maintaining a safe environment, ensuring that all access points are controlled, and responding swiftly to any security incidents. This position offers a dynamic work schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing ample opportunity to develop professional skills in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas, both indoors and outdoors, to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
- Control access to premises by verifying identification, managing visitor logs, and operating electronic entry systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and fire‑suppression systems, ensuring they are fully operational.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, document any breaches, and communicate findings to senior management.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, and potential threats, following established protocols.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when incidents require external assistance.
- Provide clear, courteous assistance to visitors and employees, answering queries about security procedures.
- Participate in routine safety drills and training sessions to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company’s commitment to safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a security or related field.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Applicants must meet the legal working age requirements.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform occasional light lifting for extended periods.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
