Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Spesialis Pengadaan dan Pembelian to join our dynamic procurement team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our company maintains a steady flow of high‑quality goods while optimizing cost efficiency. Responsibilities
- Execute the full purchasing cycle, from requisition to receipt, ensuring all acquisitions meet company standards and operational timelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and build long‑term relationships with reliable suppliers, fostering trust and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct thorough price, quality, and delivery lead‑time comparisons across multiple vendors to secure the best value.
- Lead price and contract negotiations, securing favorable terms while maintaining strong supplier rapport.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively, coordinating with warehouse teams to guarantee uninterrupted production and sales activities.
- Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders (PO) using the company’s ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Track shipment status, resolve discrepancies, and manage any logistical challenges that arise during delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to confirm accurate receipt, inspection, and proper documentation of incoming goods.
- Generate periodic purchasing reports, analyzing spend patterns, supplier performance, and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Continuously seek process improvements, leveraging data analytics and best practices to streamline procurement operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; candidates with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and relevant experience are also considered.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in purchasing, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and manage contract terms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English for interacting with international vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Gender: open to all; Age: no upper limit.
- Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
