We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager and Financial Analysis Specialist to join our growing finance team. Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgeting and forecasting models to support strategic planning and operational decision‑making.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify key performance drivers, and present findings to senior management with clear, data‑driven recommendations.
- Oversee tax compliance activities, including calculation, filing, and liaison with tax authorities, while staying updated on changes in tax legislation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing required documentation and addressing audit findings promptly.
- Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as Operations, Marketing, and HR—to provide financial insight that supports project evaluation and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior accountants and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, and working capital optimization to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and analyses for special projects, mergers, acquisitions, or market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s policy).
- Technical Skills: Strong grasp of taxation laws, proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Soft Skills: Creative problem‑solving, high sense of responsibility, independence, self‑motivation, and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team.
- Performance Under Pressure: Demonstrated capability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
