Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s capital‑loan offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and support to member households, helping them manage finances, plan budgets, and achieve their business objectives.
- Conduct thorough on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the collection and follow‑up of repayments, maintaining accurate records and addressing any payment challenges with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the regional operations team to relay market insights, emerging opportunities, and potential risks observed in the field.
- Maintain a clean and organized mess (employee housing) environment, representing Amartha’s brand with integrity and respect.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years is acceptable for experienced candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders; female candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle for daily field visits.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, attention to detail, strong communication skills, resilience, and disciplined work habits.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Karawang every day, including occasional weekend or overtime assignments as project needs dictate.
- Prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, community outreach, or a related field is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
