Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on electrical and energy‑efficiency solutions.
  • Conduct in‑depth needs assessments with clients to recommend tailored product packages that maximize value and meet regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals using Microsoft Word, Excel, and mobile applications.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently tracking performance against key metrics.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, updating lead status, contact information, and forecasted revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support, logistics, and after‑sales service teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and post‑sale customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback on product performance to the product development team.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry seminars, and community events to raise brand awareness and build a professional network.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and represent the company’s values in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Resides in Denpasar or is willing to relocate to the city.
  • Male or female, aged 20‑35 years.
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Academy/Diploma preferred.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience; preferably 3+ years in electrical or related technical sales.
  • Proficient in using smartphones, computers, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and presentations.
  • Own a motor vehicle with a valid SIM C license for client visits and territory coverage.
  • Demonstrated high motivation and a results‑driven mindset to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Professional, well‑groomed appearance with strong interpersonal and team‑working skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Team‑oriented attitude with a collaborative approach to cross‑functional projects.
