Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Tenaga Teknis di Bidang Farmasi to join our growing pharmacy team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with at least one year of experience who are passionate about delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical services in a hospital or clinical setting. As part of a multidisciplinary health‑care environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring medication safety, supporting pharmacists, and providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, dispense, and label medications according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Verify the accuracy of prescriptions, check for potential drug interactions, and ensure proper dosage calculations.
- Maintain and organize inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, monitoring expiration dates and conducting regular stock reconciliations.
- Assist pharmacists in compounding sterile and non‑sterile preparations, adhering strictly to aseptic techniques.
- Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers, explaining dosage schedules, side effects, and proper storage.
- Participate in medication safety audits, report adverse drug reactions, and contribute to continuous‑quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other health‑care professionals to resolve medication‑related queries.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations, maintain an active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR), and keep all documentation up‑to‑date.
- Support the pharmacy’s administrative duties, including data entry into the hospital’s electronic medical record system.
- Work flexible shifts from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and punctuality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Pharmacy.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and a disciplined, organized work style.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software and basic computer literacy.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving clinical guidelines and hospital procedures.
