We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Kelompok di Rumah – Program Tahunan to join our educational team and deliver high‑quality group tutoring sessions in the comfort of students’ homes throughout the Jepara region. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging group lessons for primary and secondary students in subjects aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess student progress through informal observations, quizzes, and regular feedback sessions, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive learning environment within each household, ensuring that all materials are ready and that the schedule is adhered to.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing clear updates on academic performance, attendance, and any areas requiring additional support.
- Collaborate with the program coordinator to develop lesson plans, share best practices, and participate in periodic training workshops.
- Track attendance and submit weekly reports on teaching activities, lesson outcomes, and any challenges encountered.
- Uphold the organization’s standards of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in Education, Teaching, or a related field (Sarjana Jurusan Pendidikan preferred).
- Reside in Kab. Jepara or be willing to relocate within the district for home‑based tutoring assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, with a focus on clear explanation, interactive activities, and student engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills: patience, discipline, responsibility, and the capacity to motivate learners of diverse abilities.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday–Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional adjustments based on family schedules.
- No prior professional teaching experience required; fresh graduates with a solid academic foundation are encouraged to apply.
