Introduction

We are seeking dedicated Full‑time Cleaning Service Staff to join our growing facilities management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and employees. This position offers a stable Monday‑through‑Saturday schedule with regular daytime hours, providing a reliable routine for individuals looking to build a career in the cleaning and hygiene industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Apply proper sanitation procedures to ensure all surfaces meet health and safety standards, including the use of approved disinfectants.
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and waste receptacles, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks, or safety hazards) promptly to the facilities manager.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists, while also adapting to ad‑hoc requests from clients or management.
  • Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks, incidents, and inventory usage for audit and quality‑control purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient coverage of all assigned zones, especially during peak activity periods.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and respectful interaction with all building occupants.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Applicants up to 30 years old (maximum age limit as per company policy).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning or facilities‑maintenance experience; prior experience is a strong plus.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation best practices.
    • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely (e.g., floor scrubbers, pressure washers).
    • Basic inventory management for cleaning supplies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
    • Excellent time‑management and ability to follow schedules.
    • Good communication skills for interacting with supervisors and building occupants.
    • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads.
  • Work Hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
