Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advocacy Representative (SAR) to join our dynamic team at GraPARI Abepura. In this customer‑focused role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Telkomsel’s retail customers, delivering exceptional service, guiding them through product activations, and driving sales of the latest mobile solutions. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive product and service information to every customer visiting the GraPARI store, ensuring they understand the benefits of Telkomsel’s portfolio.
  • Assist customers with activation, registration, migration, and other administrative procedures while adhering strictly to company SOPs.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a friendly, professional, and solution‑oriented approach.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for Telkomsel products and value‑added services.
  • Promote and educate customers about current promotions, new device launches, data packages, and digital services.
  • Manage queue flow, monitor waiting times, and ensure smooth operation of the service desk throughout the day.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the internal system for reporting and analysis.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams promptly to guarantee timely resolution.
  • Uphold Telkomsel’s quality standards and compliance policies in every customer encounter.
  • Support store‑wide operational initiatives, including inventory checks, merchandising updates, and special sales events.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve service processes, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering courteous and solution‑focused customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work a seven‑day schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
