To accelerate our market penetration, we are seeking enthusiastic Sales Canvassers who thrive on field work, love interacting with customers, and are motivated by achieving tangible sales results.

This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of a secondary education, a passion for scent products, and a proven track record of at least one year in direct sales or related customer‑facing positions. If you own a motorbike, hold a valid SIM C, and are ready to represent a leading brand on the front lines, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular canvassing trips to retail stores, kiosks, UMKM outlets, and prospective clients to showcase our fragrance portfolio.
  • Present product features, distribute sample vials, and recommend the most suitable perfume based on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners and buyers, ensuring repeat orders and brand loyalty.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional offers while closing sales efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Prepare and submit detailed activity reports, sales logs, and forecast updates using our CRM system.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market price fluctuations, and emerging consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from the field and suggest product enhancements.
  • Maintain the appearance and inventory of sample kits and promotional materials during visits.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions and sales workshops to stay current on product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome; no age limit.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or related FMCG sectors.
  • Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C license.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and stay motivated to achieve targets.
  • Basic proficiency with sales administration tools, such as spreadsheets, mobile CRM applications, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Good problem‑solving abilities, adaptability to changing market conditions, and a proactive attitude toward self‑development.
