Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our team in the Garut region. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth for our flagship PROPAN product line. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a solid track record in sales, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to meet ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail stores, treating each outlet as a valued customer.
- Monitor inventory levels in partner stores to guarantee product availability and prevent stock‑outs.
- Drive sales by increasing purchase orders and fostering store loyalty to PROPAN products.
- Oversee the delivery process to ensure timely, accurate shipments and minimize product returns.
- Manage accounts receivable collections, meeting the company’s cash‑flow targets and deadlines.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, expanding the distribution network across the Garut area.
- Conduct regular field visits to stores, providing product training, promotional support, and gathering market intelligence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance against targets and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate promotions, stock replenishment, and special events.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends to provide strategic insights to management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, up to 35 years of age.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a TO (Trade Outlet) environment or the paint industry.
- Excellent physical and mental health; able to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a personal vehicle.
- Thorough knowledge of the Garut market and its retail landscape.
- Strong communication skills, honesty, loyalty, high perseverance, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Proven ability to work under sales targets and strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and order processing.
