Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach and establish relationships with potential merchants within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct comprehensive sales cycles—from initial contact, needs analysis, proposal presentation, to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Leverage the internal prospect database to identify high‑potential leads and prioritize outreach activities.
  • Guide merchants through the onboarding process, coordinating with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure a smooth launch of services.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, tracking key performance indicators such as acquisition rates, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, finance, and customer success—to align on strategy and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and merchant feedback to refine sales tactics and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and enabling data‑driven decision making.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the development of sales playbooks and training materials.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in a multi‑merchant or marketplace environment.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and close deals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing them with high initiative.
  • Target‑Driven: Comfortable working under performance targets and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues, propose effective solutions, and act decisively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Adaptability, teamwork, resilience under pressure, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work Schedule: Standard office hours (08:00 – 17:00) with flexibility as needed to meet client appointments.
